Mike Mielo knew exactly how to repair the balcony! He removed the fiberglass, he replaces the wood underneath and removed the columns to place flashing waterproofed columns and removed our heavy hurricane proof sliding doors to ensure the waterproof flashing would protect the wood floors inside!
