MJM Home Inspection Company welcomes the buyer to accompany our inspector at the time of the inspection to answer all questions. If you cannot be present we will meet with you after the inspection and explain all the details about your investment. Two to three days later you will be given the written analysis, complete with pictures of various areas of the home so that you will know exactly what the inspector is referring to.
Analysis includes foundations & basements, exteriors, crawl spaces, electrical, plumbing, heating & cooling, kitchen & appliances, bathrooms, attics, interior walls, ceilings & floors, insulation, fireplaces & chimney, sidewalks & patios, siding & windows and general grading. Also included are termite and radon tests.
