“MELO Contractors in Belmar NJ are PERFECTION!!! Our top balcony under the fiberglass the original builder did not install flashing on the columns and under the thresholds. Mike Mielo knew exactly how to repair the balcony! He removed the fiberglass, he replaces the wood underneath and removed the columns to place flashing waterproofed columns and removed our heavy hurricane proof sliding doors to ensure the waterproof flashing would protect the wood floors inside! Highest quality job ever! Plus they kept my home super clean!!! WOW!!! MELO CONSTRUCTION a huge thank you!!! We will refer you to everyone! We cannot thank you enough!”
